The Perform Human Training app lets you program and execute exercises based on the PHT Technique.

This technique is based on the principle of muscle confusion, that is a non-repetitive sequence of exercises, maximizing training effectiveness.

Why PHT adopts the method of muscle confusion?

There is a simple physiologic consideration about that. The body adapts itself to repetitive training: this fact very often causes a flattening of the results.

The PHT may combine 50/60 different functional movements, creating heterogeneous H.I.I.T. sessions

PHT is a method that pushes your limits, combines several functional workouts in 60 minutes partitioned in 3 training blocks:

1-Warm up

2-H.I.I.T.

3-Abdominal/Stretching
